Bill is a lifelong Chicago area resident and holds a Bachelors Degree in Commercial Music/Vocal Performance from Millikin University in Decatur, IL.  While at Millikin, he was a regular soloist with the University Choir, a founding member of the Millikin Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and manager of the University Recording Studio.  He has been the staff soloist/section leader at the Highland Park Presbyterian Church since 1992 and a stay at home dad since 1995.
