Melissa graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Commercial Music in 2002. While at Millikin, she sang with the Millikin University Choir and vocal jazz group, One Voice. Currently, she is pursuing a career in the medical field with hopes of working in either pediatrics or obstetrics someday. She is also currently the lead vocalist for Chicago's premier rockin' country band, Hillbilly Rockstarz. (www.hillbillyrockstarz.net). She is ecstatic to keep music a part of her life, and is so blessed to be singing with the Lakeside Singers.
