Sherry began her singing career as a voice major at Olivet Nazarene University, where she was discovered by the national touring group Regeneration. Shortly afterwards, she joined the Sound Generation, another national touring group representing John Brown University, then a third company, Truth. In addition to the performance experience, she recorded with all three companies. From there, Sherry stopped off in Nashville as a backup singer for the Donna Fargo act. After becoming a wife and a mom, she has fostered her musical dreams as a member of the vocal team at Willowcreek Community Church for over 20 years, and with freelance singing in the Chicago area. Currently she is a Kindermusik educator, specializing in early childhood development through musical activity. She studies in the vocal studio of Michelle Reynolds.
